The IAT is used both in OPEN and CLOSED Loop operation. Turns out that
Tim's tranny was on the "fritz" at that time...it was a coincidence.

Bernd,
Is the IAT sensor input to the computer used much during closed loop? You
mentioned before that your map box "helped" someone's tranny behavior, any
more insight on that matter?
