The longer the antenna the lower the frequency it favors. You do recalibrate
after each adjustment because every adjustment causes a change in the power the
transmitter puts out. Easy to remember. high on 1= to short, high on 40= too
long and yes you do want to try to get 1 and 40 equally low and the middle will
work best. Anything under 1.5 os ok though.
