Front end problems re-revisited - the saga continues

Well, called the dealer - I get to go for a ride with the shop foreman on
Wednesday. Once again, it's up to me to prove that something is wrong with
my truck :-(. Maybe third time's a charm (yeah right).

My truck has 9800 miles on it as of today. Anyone ever call "lemon" on a Dak
before? What was your experience?
