I have one in my 99 CC sounds great. Good tight bass response, not sloppy
like some of the other pre-manufactured boxes. Kind of pricey, but you get
what you pay for. Have you checked E-Bay for a used one. I got mine from
someone on the list for about $200...used but still puts out great sound. I
am pushing mine with a Soundstream Reference 405s which is about 150w on
the sub channel. If I remember the load rating of the JL is 3ohm cause it's
a dual coil sub rated at 6ohm per coil wired in parallel, make sure your amp
is stable to 3ohms. Good luck.
