I'm in the same boat as well. I've built, installed more puter then I ever
care to look at. Hell I'm more field experienced then most of our tech at
the hospital I work at. I just can't afford to take a $10 hour cut in pay
to take an operator job.

Most employers want 3-5 years experience for the good paying jobs...

I'm on the other end of the coin... Got plenty of experience, just no stupid
piece of paper to back it all up... But that'll be changing soon!!
