I'll be the first to admit that Dak's(except Will C's) aren't well known
for exceptional gas mileage. But I do believe there have been a lot of
posts about the overhead 'puter not being the most accurate either.
Have you checked miles driven/gallons used??
I get about 13 mpg give or take, in town, o/d off, foot in 'a lot', with
4X4 running gear.
It was about 11-12 mpg when brand new(BM=before mods) and got better
with break in. 9-10 seems low but if that is what your 'puter says
WHILE you've got your foot in it, that's probably not too bad.
