Bill,
    That would be to replace the OEM system with a new one if you ever have
to meet inspection standards. The OEM muffler and tailpipe is $475 to replace
with a new OEM. To be truthful the whole 4.7 system seems to be very
efficient except for the muffler & tailpipe. Even the cats flow real good for
an OEM system. As far as headers, I don't think anybody has improved on them
for more than 3-6 HP gain at a price of 400 to 600 bux. Relieving too much
back pressure tends to kill the bottom end torque.
