well what should I do first, looking for max performance gain!

k&n air filter
exhaust work : headers, 3 inch pipes, flowmasters, dual exhaust on 3.9l???
computer chip

* is my thinking below correct or way off?
so stock 3.9l is 175 Hp (I think)
headers add 10-20 Hp
K&N adds 10Hp
Chip adds 10Hp

3mods make my truck 205-215hp?

Is 10hp actually noticable?
