2001 QC 4.7 and Custom Dual Cat-Back Exhaust

Apologize if this question has been asked and already beaten to death,
don't see too much on it in past posts re: 2001 Quad Cab 4.7 exhausts
(extra cat -vs- 2000 4.7 DAK, right?)

Thinking of going with one Flowmaster Delta Series 50 muffler with dual
outs, and taking that to a local muffler shop to make me a true dual
exhaust system while keeping the spare tire intact.

Due to the bending that will be needed on the driver side to match the pax
side re: exiting the tail pipes, what will those driver side bends
(mandrel) do to back pressure (more or less?) and low end torque (more or
less?)...I believe some folks say they loose no low end torque with the
4.7 and dual pipes from the cat back, with a single muffler.

I'm trying to get both form (great looks of a dual rear exhaust) and
function (most HP/Torque gains) and was wondering if this 'dual' system
gives this over a single side exhaust, with both setups using 3 inch pipe.

I do know of one good experience with the above but that was on a 2000
4.7 QC with less cat(s)

Thanks...
