Starting in '00, SLTs have (at least as an option) a grab handle on the
driver's side just like on the passenger side. I have a '99, but I'd
like that handle. I stopped at the parts counter at Fayettevill Dodge
yesterday and he guy seemed a little confused by my question.
He said the handle is $16, but that seems to be way too low. Not only
do I need the handle, I need the plastic that goes on the pillar, as
it's indented (the current piece is smooth). I'd have to get that
separately, wouldn't I? Am I forgetting any other parts?
How much wiring would I need to work around and watch out for with the
drill, assuming I need to drill the A-pillar to mount the screws?
Probably easier to go to a junkyard and pull it off a wrecked Dak.
