Hello! The following is gas prices for Southeastern
Indiana.
87 octane: $1.819 to $1.979
89 - 90 octane: $1.929 to $1.999
92 octane: $2.04 to $2.119
I talked to a friend of mine last night who is a
manager at a BP station and he said that gas prices in
my area will be up another 35 cents by this coming
thursday. He said it is all about money now and what
people are willing to pay. It has nothing to do with
supply. He went to a BP seminar last month and was
told that prices should top $4.00 a gallon by Labor
day. If we were to cut back on our driving habits and
forget about those long distant vacations this summer;
I wonder what would happen if the places that rely on
tourism for their economy would do if it suddenly
dried up. Just a thought!
