The dealer turned the truck over to you, said it was fixed, and it actually
wasn't? I'd say it's their responsibility - you paid for it to be fixed,
they said it was fixed, and something (apparently) wasn't fixed.

Now, if they can demonstrate that what's broken now wasn't broken before
you took it in, they may have a leg to stand on. If it was broken when you
first brought it to them, and they didn't repair it, that's their problem
IMO.

You may need to call DC customer service, but start with the Service
Manager at your dealer, then ask to talk to the Regional Manager.
