stiffening up the '01 suspension

I am looking to stiffen up the suspension on my '01 4x4 Quad Cab.
Replacing the OEM tires with BFG A/T KOs made a big difference, but I
need more. I want to reduce the body roll a little more, keep the
truck from bouncing too much over rough road, and prevent sagging and
increase handling under heavy loads. I know Bernd had recommended the
ProComp ES9000, can someone tell me if these are pretty stiff. I'd
rather go a little too stiff than too soft. The trail master Invader N7
Gas shock caught my eye because they are described as a very stiff shock
in the summit catalog.

If possible, I'd like to accomplish this without air bags, but I'd
consider helper springs in the rear. Any comments or advice would be
greately appreciated.
