They need to switch out the two Dodge boys for more aggressive drivers.

Subject: DML: Nascar musings

We need to infuse some of that Nascar Craftsman truck
Dodge spirit into the Winston Cup cars! The Dodge
trucks have just won eight straight!! It bothers me
that Sterling Marlin and Ward Burton come so close, but
things seem to happen.Wheels fall off, tires go
flat, three cautions in a row when a Dodge is
leading.Lately,it seems like the cars go
uncontrollably loose 20 laps before the finish, and
they fall way back.I don`t know what`s wrong with
Elliot and Compton, though.I think they have it in the
back of their minds to just fall to the back of the
line, just in case someone decides to invert the field!
I understand that everyone needs time to get the cars
competitive, but they are not failing to win because of
not enough horsepower,or blown motors. It seems to
always be the cars getting loose right before the race
ends,or just circumstances.Marlin should be able to
pull a win out sometime soon,though.Him,or Burton.Most
of the other Dodge guys (except for Atwood, who gets
caught up in crashes a lot) must be running V6s in
their cars. Not one of Bernd`s V6s,either! We need to
see an Intrepid take the checkered flag, dang it!!
(Sorry for my language). Steve P.
