transferring warranty

Chysler allows the warranty to transfer only to the 2nd owner. So, if
this has already had 2 previous owners, you wouldnt be able to transfer
it.
It also use to cost $$, I had to pay $100 each to transfer my '92 and
'94. But, when I went to do my '99, they said it was now free.
