Tom,
That sounds like a heck of a bargain on the tranny from Phoenix. Mine cost
about the same price just for a factory parts rebuild, plus another 5 or 6
hundred for R+R. (Thank God for extended warranties!) If it's got any kind
of warranty on it, I'd say go for it!
