Not necessarily true. If the SS has an LS1 (since '98) it can and frequently
does dyno more than the C5s. I've owned both (a '99 C5 and a '00 WS6). When
my C5 was bone stock, it dynoed 304 RWHP while my WS6 say 316 RWHP! With
modifications, the WS6 saw 337 RWHP while the C5 made a measly 312 RWHP. This
has been the case many many times, at least around here anyways!
