Hi-Flow Cat Questions

I was looking at Hi-Flow Cats. What's the consensus on Car Sound Hi-Flow
Cats? I'm looking at CARSOUND Universal, High-Flow Catalytic Converter for
$100 and change, is this a fair price?

        If not Car-Sound then what would you folks say the best bang for the buck
is, short of ripping out the Cat Completely???
