Rough 2-3 Shift

My 2001Dakota 4.7 automatic is having a problem with the 2-3 shift,
especially when the engine is cold. I remember seeing something about this
awhile ago, but couldn't find anything in the archives. When I took it in
1000 miles ago, dealer said it's probably just breaking in. Well, it's
getting worse and I'm going to take it in again.

Does anybody have info on this problem? It would help when I talk to them.
