Well, we all know it was in bad taste, and we all know now that
you are having a hard time getting over it. Calm down, let it
go, and don't be such a hard ass about it. Sorry this might
have stirred up memories for things that happened to you in the
past, but sometimes people need to be grown up about it and let
it go. Ranting and raving about how you can have it tracked,
blah blah blah doesn't do a damn thing but makes you look like a
little kid "I'm going to tell my mom on you..", which you are not.

Oh yeah, and before you can contact an aturney, you need to be able
be able to spell attorney. :P
