You need a 15mm socket to grab hold of the tensioner. What I did was to
put the belt over all the pullies but the tensioner, then put a socket
wrench with the socket on the tensioner and pushed really, really hard.
Actually, I cheated and got someone to slip the belt over for me.
It's a very heavy tensioner.
