The "response to feedback form" is one of the standard spam headers to try
to get you to open the e-mail (sort of like "You Have Won"). Fortunately
hotmail has a bulk folder where it dumps most of the unwanted stuff.
Sometimes some of the stuff sneaks through to my inbox, but not much.
