Stock coil may not be able to handle the larger gap at higher RPM's. If
you want, just swap out the factory coil with a performance one to
better handle the higher rpm's with the larger gap.

I'm vouching for that. I gapped mine at .44 Does anyone know if there
will be a problem if I run these gapped this high? I think this way,
I'm getting much better fuel mileage. I bought the 4x4 for the snow and
off roading, but I don't need the power and speed...
