APGAR? Thought that was used only at birth? You sure you didn't mean
GlASCO Come Scale?

And boy was it! Besides the fact the SO woke me on a Saturday at some
ungodly hour, and had to endure 95+ degree temperatures with a relative
humidity of about 125%, I also got to play Medic(which I haven't in like
close to 5 years!) and work an MVA MinVan vs Motorcycle. Needless to say the
Biker lost BIG TIME when the guy driving the MiniVan decided to do a
California stop and caused the biker to go airborne over the hood, lose his
helmet in midflight, and drive his face into the curb! Then slid for about 2
feet. I'm surprised that I can still work an accident scene! The biker had
definite LOC of approx 2-3 min, very low APGAR, multiple abrasions(road
rash), and contusions to the face, and exposed arms. The ambulance crew
must've breathed a sigh of relief seeing another EMT on the scene!

Here's some pics (just the bike and the Minivan, no gore). BTW the pillow
was were he landed..
