Hey David,
I forgot to mention that the wire (near the ranny) was not obviously exposed.
It actually lookm like it was crimped or kinked I could barely tell that the
wire was exposed. So look really close and investigate any wires that look
like they have a sharp bend in them. I seem to recall mine being green but
don't quote me on that.
