In the Motor Trend Online section about what's new for each manufacturer in
2002, they claim the s-10's I6 will only be rated at 250HP instead of the
TrailBlazer's 270. I guess time will tell. I'm still waiting to see what
happens with the 4.7HO so I can find more things to upgrade my 4.7.
