Questions on cranking torsion bars

Long story made short here.............. dealer I went to had truck for 2
weeks replacing almost every moving component in the front end trying to
eliminate the infamous POP. They replaced the tie rod ends, upper and lower
control arms, upper and lower ball joints, front and rear torsion bar mounts,
then they sent it to have it aligned. What they didn't do is return my truck
to its level ride height. (WHen the front and back are even and the truck is
perfectly level). My question is this, if I crank up the torsion bars in the
front 1 inch will I need to have the whole thing re-aligned since Im really
only bringing it back to stock height?? Do i turn the front or rear torsion
bar mounts and what size socket or tool do I need to do so? Any help is
appreciated.
