Hey Guys
I am new to the list, and I own a 98 Dak 4x4. From about 5000 miles I have
had the "clunk" when I make a sharp left hand turn under power or at least
20mph and above. It always happens on a u turn (left) or coming onto a
freeway on ramp. I have 52000 miles so far, and it is not getting worse. I
have had the truck into the dealer 5 time at 3 different dealers, with no
avail. Body mounts have been tightened/bushing repalced and both torsion
bars replaced. From the sounds of it it is a common problem. What have
others done to fix it. I really dont want to take it back to the dealer,
rather correct it myself- - Also out of warranty.
