There's one person I know who has been (and still is) running the R/T
PCM in his 5.2L for quite some time now...no problems at all. All he
did was have the VIN and Mileage flashed into the PCM and no check
engine light.

No, you don't want to run a 360 computer on a 318. I've tried it, and
it doesn't work. Well, I should say it works, but not correctly. It
will run, but the fuel delivery is different and the timing is off. I
