Hey Brian! I'm not too far from you, I just live an hour up the road in
Syracuse. Mike Styer lives up here too.

Let's see, you have a '98 318 and a rattle in the front end. My first 2
thoughts are:
The dreaded Magnum V8 ping (very, very common)
A rock in a rim/wheel

Since you're so close, maybe this weekend or even sometime next week we could
meet? I'm not a mechanic by any means (though I have done some owrk on my Dak
myself) but another set of eyes and ears can't hurt. I've been through the ping
issue before.

I'm trying to get people to come to the Mopar Madness show at Cayuga County
fairgrounds in Weedsport Aug. 5, interested?
