As of 09:30 this morning, he is still missing, last seen 7/17 in MD,
leaving for his drive home to Old Tappan, NJ.
State and National police computers have a APB and missing person file on
Bill and his truck (Intense Blue Ram with chrome grill/bumper/light bar,
NJ plate VY-588K).
Local roads, Interstates, highways, tow yards, and hospitals are being
checked.
