When I drove my 318 on a 360 computer, it ran, it idled, it accelerated, but
it didn't run correctly. The timing and fuel delivery are mapped
differently on the 360 PCM. I believe there had to be some other
differences by the way it ran, but I didn't bother looking into it. It
simply would not run smooth. You couldn't drive down the road without
feeling the power constantly dropout and surge. I'm not trying to arguing
with anybody, this was just my experience with the 360 PCM.
