Nope that's all hooked up, I'll have to check with some TB cleaner to find
it. I can't really say if performance has changed because it's new(engine
and TB) and the idle's rough because of the cam so I don't have a point of
reference. I just wouldn't think that it should whistle like that, but maybe
it was something in the machining of this TB.
