A/F & Exhaust Gas Temp Monitor???

Hey,
        Does anyone know the EGT of a stock 98 5.2L or a blown (6PSI or 9PSI) of a
5.2L??? Along with monitoring the A/F I'd like to keep an eye on the EGT
temp.

        Also, does anyone know of a GOOD wideband O2 sensor and Monitoring setup
for the road (meaning in the car, not on a dyno)???
