what kind of pliers are you using? a pair of 12" Channel locks make quick
work of them

I know Bernd had covered this in the past but I cant get these things to
budge. Using pliers i grasp them and attempt to twist and or pull and
nothing happens. Do i need to eat more Wheaties and pull harder or is there
