I had my 1st tranny fluid/filter change at 16,000 miles
and my second at 32,000 miles.ATF+4 was used on change #2.

For oil,i run Mobil 1 10w30 and a K&N filter or a Mobil 1 filter.
On my oil intervals,i run 3,000-3,500.
