Re: Off-Road Dak?

I haven't heard of an Off-Road package, and I doubt there will be one for
the Dak, unfortunately.

The Ram package has a 4.10 LSD and a 1" lift over a standard Ram 4x4. Plus
hooks and I think the heavy-duty service gear. Not sure if it comes with
plates standard or not.

Jon's right, you can get a lot of what you're looking for aftermarket/DIY.
My Dak is stock height, threw on 2/3 of the plates and the hooks, plus a
shackle for the hitch. 4.10s might be a bit much if this is a daily driver
with stock height tires. What are you running now? The PowerTrax locker
is getting rave reviews, but I'd be concerned about it in snow country on
the road - I asked some people about that last night and they thought that
with the heavy snow I get here, an LSD would be safer. If you're really
hardcore, and ready to deal with the expense/maintenance, there's always
ARB Air Lockers :)
