Intake air too hot code would be set off by the IAT sensor, are you sure
it's plugged in tightly? Depending on the year of the truck, it might be
the hose to the EGR valve (pre '96 had EGR). Otherwise it should go to the
PCV vavle or Evap Canister Purge solenoid. Being a 1/4" hose I would
suspect it's a vacuum line to the purge solenoid or EGR valve.. is the hose
still on the truck? see any loose hoses dangling around?

Hey Guys,
I need some help with a small vaccum port on the left side (looking at the
motor)which looks like it takes a 1/4" hose...I can't find the hose....it
mighta fell off. When I block it with my finger the truck stalls...it may be
why my check engine light "Intake air too hot code" came up. Can anyone tell
m,e where the hose goes?
Thanks,
Bob
