Gen II Dakota Sport 318 performance

Hi, I'm building a 318 for my truck and am just wondering what kind of
performance you guys with 318s get. I'd like to know 1/4 mile speed and
time along with 0-60mph time. What performance mods are available for that
engine (cam, rockers, heads, intake, t/b, Etc.) and which ones help the
most. I can't put in a 360 because of Wisconsin's emissions laws.
