It was the spring, the bolt and mount is still solid. I've been wheeling my
jeep wrangler for 150k hard miles and the stock springs are still solid. It
was definitely a defective spring that was caught. Yeah, no sh*t, if it had
let loose at speed it could've really been fun, if the other mount had not
taken up the slack, the rear end would have spit out the back. NICE.
