Next mod for my 16.75 sec 4x4???

Hey everyone, thanks much to those who offered up suggestions for me thus far
in racing my truck. I guess I shouldn't be so suprised at the 16 sec 1/4
mile time I just weighed one of my tire rim combo and it weighed 75 lbs, so
for my next trip down the strip I'm going to switch out my 31x10.50's for a
set of 215/75 15 tires on the front, and a set of 26" tall street tires on
the back, which should give me more effective gear ratio than I had with the
31" tires. But more on the question at hand, currently I have added a 52mm
TB, 3" Cat back and a 9" open element air cleaner (to be switched this week
to one of the 14" variety as per a list member suggestion) other than that my
truck is stock with 123,000 miles on it. I'm thinking the next mod should be
a Mopar Performance PCM. I really don't want to change out my 3.55 gears
since I'm adding a 8 3/4 soon, and I don't have the $$$ to switch the front
axle too right now, so gears are out. Any mod has to be accomplished in a
weekend since I use the truck to get back and forth to school during the
week. At this point I don't think headers will halp as much as a PCM would,
not to mention I'd have to buy JBA's and the Y-pipe since they offer ceramic
coated (chrome don't hold up to Michigan winters) Or I heard someone say
edelbrock offers a set of Stainless headers which I may consider. I've also
considered a IAT adjuster. At any rate I'm open to suggestions. Other
things I plan to try the next time out to the track is a Non A/C belt, I
heard it was worth a little, I'm also going to try running without the fan,
does anyone know if there is an A/C and Power steering bypass belt available?
If there was I'd try it for grins too! Hope to hear back!
