Re: Next mod for my 16.75 sec 4x4???

Luke,

Between the PCM and headers I would recommend the PCM.
I think I lost a little low end torque when I added
the headers. The PCM seemed to make a bigger and more
noticeable performace gain. I think the headers would
help out more when a cam, intake manifold and/or heads
are upgraded.

Switching the tires is a good idea also. I had made a
few passes with a GTec(k?) a while ago and my truck
was in the 15.7 range. After I cleaned up my trottle
body a little more, got the AIT adjuster and emptied
a hundred pounds of stuff out of the truck it's now in
the 15.9 range. Seems to be very traction limited with
the BFG M/T's! ( But man they hook up in the mud!)
