Re: Unite America! (forgive the off-topic post)

I noticed several posts on this list saying things like "nuke em" and "kill
them all", etc. This seems like a common reaction for many Americans, which
is unfortunate because that may be part of the reason for this tragedy. I
in no way condone or support the actions of the terrorists, what they did
was unforgivable. However, going out and nuking all Afghanis or
Palestinians is not the answer. The news showed some people celebrating the
attack, should the actions of a few speak for an entire country or entire
race? You didn't see the Arabs that were disgusted with the attack, why?
Because it's not news, no one cares. I agree that anyone involved with this
attack should be brought to justice and in most cases put to death, but mass
destruction is not the answer. If the US reacts in this manner they will
more than likely provoke more attacks. I saw a good quote not long ago: "An
eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth will leave humanity blind and
toothless".
