OK......looks like I have confirmed the info I need...Thanks folks

Bob, as far as the relay is concerned...I'm using one to allow for future
add-ons, and because I'm being rather cautious. This will be a dedicated
circuit which has '4' seperate fused lines leading from a distribution block
(4 fuses will make tracking down any shorts easier). I realize that the draw
of the neons is very low. ..but due to the fact that I had to remove the
roof pad..I am making sure that any future modifications I make will not
require me to pull that apart again. I may in the future even use this
circuit for something other than 'just' the neons...so this set-up allows me
to make modifications with very little additional wiring.
