I have plenty of time to do it now...got laid-off last week...

I think Bernd is working on something that might work for you....I'll tell
you about it later...

You might try contacting Summit Racing about hardened lug studs...

Intercooling might help you some too.... Bernd and I found a source for
intercooler cores to make custom intercoolers...
