I too was unable to find a 4"-3" coupling. You can use the readily
available 4-3.5" coupling by using a piece of 1/4" or 3/16" rubber wrapped
around the 3" tube, then slip the 3.5" end over that. I wish I had "the
right stuff" but the tooling charge was very high!
