it's pretty straight forward. Definitely get the Gen II replaced before
hand, as the pressurized mix would likely blow out the crack. They do
indeed recommend teflon paste as opposed to tape, I've got a can at work
I'll bring home with me tonight and send with it.

Subject: DML: NX kit install
is there anything i should watch out for when installing this kit on my r/t.
ive heard do not use teflon tape on the fittings, but to use teflon paste.
and should i start out with a smaller jet and work my way up or should i not
worry. also i have a small crack in my k&n gen II around the base by the
throttle body, i do plan on replacing this soon, but should i replace it
before installing the kit?
thanks in advance
