Maybe I'm screwed up here,but my '99 has a drain plug in the
bottom(facing the ground).Screwed it off,drained&refilled from the
screw-in plug about halfway up the rear side of the case.You shouldn't
need any posi-lube for a transfer case,just the diffs if they're
posi-type.My '99 takes automatic transfer fluid,not gear oil.Mine is the
optional one with part-time&full-time positions on it.
