When the light (MIL) comes on...the O2 sensor is already bad.

The second one (post-cat) isn't necessary but wouldn't hurt as it will
get clogged eventually. I normally replace both to keep things running
properly.

Bernd, do you know if replacing the secodn one is absolutely necessary?
I mean I never did as per advice on this list... somone said it just
lights a check engine lite or somethin when the emissions get to high...
