they are a little off of the eye...is I take the bars off you think the hop
will go away?

The "universal" traction bars may be the problem. Where do they touch in
the
front? The contact should be right at the front spring eye. Or, get the
Cal-Tracs (http://www.calvertracing.com/) which I think bolt to the correct
location in the front.
